Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for for overseeing and effectively administering and implementing the program aimed at fostering the development and growth of startups.Company - Jewel Start - (Subsidiary of GJEPC)ResponsibilitiesManage and plan implementation of various government projects which include coordination with various incubation centers, startups, vendors, mentors and other stakeholdersManage financial, administrative, and reporting activities for the program.to guide team and implement the robust information management and document management system.Design various associated documents related to the programsDesign the workflows pertaining to the portal / MIS developmentTo conduct the periodic progress reviews of incubators/startups on quarterly/half yearly basisUnderstand, Design, Oversee and Independently handle execution of various innovation programs along with the team.Screen the applications and conduct reviews, identifying suitable reviewers and mentors based on the need of the programParticipate in various meetings and liasioning with various government stakeholdersPlan and Participate in any other activities like social media, outreach events etc.Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of the DepartmentREQUIREMENTB.E. Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.Minimum 7 to 8 years’ experience of which at least 3 to 4 years of work experience in startup ecosystem/incubation.Fair understanding of emerging technologies.Good understanding of technology & innovationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to perform under timelines in an accurate manner, to work in a team, multi-tasking.Good understanding of technology & innovation
