Location: South Mumbai & Central Experience: 2–6 Years CTC: Up to ₹12–13 LPA (based on experience)Role OverviewAs a Team Manager for our client, you will be responsible for building, leading, and driving a high-performing sales team focused on residential real estate. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Building & LeadershipHire, train, and manage a team of sales professionalsDrive performance through continuous coaching, mentoring, and motivationOnboarding & TrainingOnboard new team members and train them on real estate sales fundamentalsEnsure strong understanding of the Blox platform, sales pitch, and processesClearly communicate KPIs, targets, and performance expectationsSales Execution & Target AchievementSupport the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targetsParticipate in high-value client meetings and conversionsTrack performance metrics and implement corrective actions when neededCross-functional CoordinationWork closely with Marketing & Tech teams to ensure adequate lead flow and campaign supportCoordinate with Developer Relations to align on priority projects and inventoryLead Generation & Market ActivationPlan and execute on-ground marketing activities (corporate kiosks, events, activations)Generate self-leads and ensure team-level pipeline strengthBusiness DevelopmentBuild strong networks with corporates, associations, and local businessesDrive direct and indirect sales initiatives to expand market reachEligibility / RequirementsProven experience in direct sales with team handling responsibilityStrong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutionsHigh ownership mindset with strong drive for resultsGood communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat We’re Looking ForPassion for real estate and sales leadershipAbility to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityHands-on leader who leads from the front
