Zepto Café extends our commitment to convenience, featuring a curated menu of over 200 fresh itemsKey Responsibilities:Employee Relations:● Address employee concerns and grievances, and work to resolve disputes in a fair and equitable manner.● Promote positive employee relations, open communication, and a healthy work environment.● Monitor employee performance and conduct performance reviews.Training and Development:● Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Dark store employees.● Identify opportunities for professional growth and career development.Compliance and Policies:● Ensure compliance with all labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, timekeeping, and HR-related documentation.Benefits and Compensation:● Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits as needed.● Manage compensation structures and annual salary reviews.Health and Safety:● Collaborate with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety.● Investigate and report workplace accidents or incidents as needed.Employee Engagement and Culture:● Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and events.● Encourage teamwork and camaraderie among Dark store employees.Reporting and Analytics:● Prepare and present HR-related reports and data to senior management as needed.● Analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to make data-driven decisions.What We’re Looking For● Curious, eager learners who take ownership and treat Zepto like their own venture.● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.● Proven HR experience, preferably in SCM or logistics operations.● Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR systems.● Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.● Well-organized with strong time management.● Proficient in MS Excel.
