Project HeadLocation: Mumbai Industry: Real Estate – Residential / High-RiseWe are hiring for a leading real estate developer known for delivering large-scale residential and high-rise developments with strong focus on quality, execution excellence, and timely delivery.Role SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Project Head with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end construction execution of high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling multiple projects, managing large teams, driving cost efficiency, and ensuring timely delivery.Key Responsibilities• Lead complete project lifecycle from planning to execution and handover• Drive on-site construction activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety compliance• Manage multiple high-rise residential projects simultaneously• Oversee budgeting, costing, billing, and contractor payments• Handle tendering, BOQ preparation, and contract management• Ensure effective vendor management, procurement, and material planning• Coordinate with consultants (RCC, MEP, Architects) for design and execution alignment• Drive project planning, scheduling, and monitoring using project tools/software• Lead weekly/monthly review meetings and present updates to senior management• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, liaisoning, and regulatory requirements• Monitor quality control, safety standards, and site audits• Identify risks, delays, and implement corrective and preventive actions• Lead and mentor engineers, site teams, and contractors for high performanceIdeal Candidate Profile• 15–20 years of experience in construction/project execution• Strong exposure to high-rise residential projects (20+ floors preferred)• Experience in handling large-scale projects (multi-tower / township preferred)• Hands-on expertise in:o Construction execution (civil + finishing)o Billing, costing & budgetingo Tendering & contract managemento Vendor & subcontractor managemento Liaisoning and approvals• Experience working with Mivan / Aluminum shuttering technology is a strong advantage• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholdersMandatory Criteria• Candidate must be from PMC / EPC background• Must have handled Project Head / Construction Head / Senior Project roles• Strong experience in execution (not planning-only profiles)• Must have handled high-rise residential buildings• Mumbai project experience preferredEducationB.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)Experience Range15–20 Years
