Position - Project ManagerFTE We are looking for immediate to 30 days joiner only.Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented eLearning Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of digital learning solutions. You will be the primary bridge between our clients (internal or external), subject matter experts (SMEs), and our production team of instructional designers, graphic artists, and developers. Your goal is to deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of the Instructional Design (ID) process and the technical constraints of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Building and managing project teams and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle are central to this position.Responsibilities:Manage project development from initiation to closureWork to complete project plan outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and schedule.Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholdersResolve any issues and solve problems throughout the project life cycle.Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to sponsors.Ensure project delivery is on time, as per scope and within the allocated budgetManage interdepartmental coordination to ensure smooth project executionTrack project hours and expenses to ensure the project remains profitable and resource efficient.Required qualifications:Any graduate, MBA preferred5+ years of experience in project managementExperience in handling e-learning projectsExcellent communication skillsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google sheetsJob requirements/Skills:Familiarity with project management toolsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentRapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and prioritiesExcellent communication, problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departmentsProficient at managing time and resourcesDetail-orientedAbility to draw up detailed project plans and schedulesAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
