Tech. & MBARole Objective: To drive strategic procurement and contracting across key categories including Marketing Services (Media/Creative), Logistics, IT Services (SaaS), R&D Services (Clinical/BA-BE), and Production Consumables. This role is responsible for streamlining the sourcing process, managing vendor approvals, and ensuring robust compliance and audit management by addressing audit observations and closing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing Process Management (Indirect): Transition business to preferred suppliers to prevent share dilution and vendor proliferation; simplify sourcing processes and manage end-to-end category management for Marketing, IT, Logistics, and R&D.Approval Management: Review and approve New Vendor Approvals (including HCO), Purchase Orders (per DoA), Service Entries, ARIBA sourcing projects, Quote Comparison Reports (QCR), and sourcing agreements.Strategic Project Initiatives (SPIs): Actively participate in the SPI process, contribute to business initiatives, and maintain high levels of key stakeholder engagement.Audit Management and Compliance: Lead process audits with the internal audit team, prepare sites for audits, draft management responses to observations, and ensure functional heads complete post-audit actions and CAPA closures.Operational Maintenance: Manage renewals for IT agreements and Indirect Services MSAs, and ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated in a timely manner.
