The NPD Manager will lead the development and launch of innovative food products, combining culinary creativity with market trends and consumer insights. Responsibilities include designing and testing new recipes, ensuring quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of product introduction. The individual will also be involved in sourcing raw materials, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and managing project timelines for successful launches.QualificationsProficiency in Research and Development (R&D), with experience in creating and testing new food products, Snacks, Seasoning, Proteins, Sensory evaluationComprehensive knowledge of Food Technology and Food Science, including processes and innovations.Strong Project Management skills, including the ability to manage deadlines, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely project completion.Background in the Food Industry, with an understanding of market trends, compliance requirements, and customer preferences.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.Excellent problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and communication skills.Experience in sensory evaluation and quality assurance processes is highly desirable.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
