As a highly selective program, each cohort welcomes exceptional graduates who are strategically placed at our primary innovation hubs in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Trivandrum.We are looking for a highly experienced and deeply accountable learning leader to own the technical backbone of the QCDP program. This individual will be fully accountable for creating highly effective learning paths for technical professionals and delivering final outcomes end-to-end. They will be responsible for designing and maintaining role-based curricula, managing the delivery of training at scale, and building structured learning pathways for university partnerships. The ideal candidate combines hands-on knowledge of the technical roles being trained with strong program management skills and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment.The Lead, Campus Technical Learning will serve as the architect and guardian of learning excellence for our most critical talent pipeline. This role demands not just expertise in curriculum design and training delivery, but a relentless commitment to ensuring that every learning intervention translates into measurable readiness and business impact. You will be expected to think strategically about long-term learning pathways while executing flawlessly on day-to-day training operations.Role & Responsibilities1. Curriculum Design and DevelopmentDesign and own role-based, entry-level curricula for all QCDP tracks, including Data Engineering (DE), Prompt Engineering (PE), Test Automation Engineering (TAE), Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), Cloud and Backend Engineering (CBE), Business Analysis (BA), and BA Sales and any additional roles.Create highly effective, engaging, and outcome-driven learning paths specifically tailored for technical professionals.Ensure exceptional learning design and instructional quality across all curricula. The learning experience must be compelling, practical, and impactful.Integrate AI tools, platforms, and concepts as a foundational component across all learning tracks.Build and maintain 12-month, 18-month, and 24-month curricula for Quantiphi's partner university programs.Ensure all curricula reflect current industry practices and align with the technical expectations of the respective business units.Conduct periodic reviews and updates to keep content relevant across GCP, AWS, Nvidia, and other platform-aligned BUs.2. Training Delivery Ownership and AccountabilityBe fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all live training sessions. No session should go undelivered.Own and ensure that every live training session is fully planned, resourced, and executed without disruption.Proactively identify and arrange the right internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for each training session.Maintain a robust backup SME strategy: if the primary internal SME is unavailable, ensure multiple backup SMEs are identified and confirmed in advance so that no live session is missed due to availability conflicts.Arrange external SMEs when internal resources are insufficient or unavailable, ensuring continuity and quality of delivery.Lead and facilitate technical training sessions as required, with the ability to handle up to 200 interns simultaneously across tracks.Manage multiple trainer-led sessions in parallel during high-volume intake periods.Work with external vendors and freelance trainers to augment delivery capacity when required.This responsibility extends beyond coordination to true ownership. You will be expected to anticipate challenges, build redundancy into delivery plans, and personally step in when needed to ensure continuity. The ability to manage SME relationships, negotiate availability, and maintain a pipeline of qualified trainers is essential to success in this role.3. Stakeholder CollaborationCoordinate with business unit leads to align training outcomes with deployment expectations.Provide regular progress reports to the Head of Learning & Development on cohort readiness and curriculum effectiveness.Support university partnerships by building structured academic engagement calendars and facilitating faculty interactions where needed.Serve as the primary L&D liaison for QCDP-related queries from recruitment, operations, and business stakeholders.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of learning outcomes with business deployment timelines.Required SkillsWe are seeking a seasoned learning professional with a proven track record of designing and delivering technical training programs at scale. The following experience criteria are essential:10 to 14 years of experience in Learning & Development, technical training, or a related role.Prior experience managing campus or early career programs is strongly preferred.Experience working in a technology company or AI and data services environment is an advantage.Demonstrated success in building and scaling technical training programs from the ground up.Working knowledge of foundational concepts across at least three of the following domains: Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Platforms (GCP or AWS), Business Analysis, and Test Automation.Experience in Curriculum and Instructional DesignProven ability to identify, engage, and manage internal and external Subject Matter Experts.Track record of managing training delivery for cohorts of 50+ learners simultaneously.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations where agility and adaptability are critical.Prior exposure to multi-location training delivery and coordination across distributed teams is a plus.
