Job Title: Project manager - Site ExecutionLocation:Mumbai (Site-Based)Employment Type:Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented project manager to join our execution team and support day-to-day site operations. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build strong on-ground experience and grow within a high-performance real estate environment.You will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality execution at site.Key Responsibilities:Site Execution SupportAssist in supervising daily construction activities at siteEnsure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specificationsSupport in maintaining quality standards during executionCoordination & Follow-UpsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teamsFollow up on daily tasks to ensure timely progress of workReport site issues and assist in resolving themQuality & MonitoringAssist in checking work quality, levels, alignments, and finishing detailsEnsure proper execution of basic civil and finishing activitiesDocumentation & ReportingMaintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and site recordsAssist in measurement of work and basic quantity trackingMaterial & Site ManagementMonitor material usage and basic inventory at siteEnsure proper handling of materials to avoid wastageEligibility Criteria:Based in Mumbai (mandatory)Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering7–15 years of experience (freshers with strong fundamentals can be considered)Background must be in construction/real estate (internship experience acceptable)What We Are Looking For:Strong interest in site execution and constructionWillingness to learn and work on-site full-timeBasic understanding of drawings and construction processesGood communication and coordination skillsHigh level of discipline and ownershipWhat You Will Gain:Hands-on exposure to real estate project executionOpportunity to work with experienced project teamsStrong learning curve in construction, coordination, and site managementClear growth path to Site Engineer / Project Engineer rolesReporting To:Site Engineer / Project ManagerCompensation:6 to 9 lakhs LPAImportant Note:This is a site-based role requiring full-time on-ground presenceOnly candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be considered
