Technical support specialist will work to ensure that support is provided on time, seamless coordination done between customers and internal teams, tracking and driving installations, issue resolution and meet quality standards. The position will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, preparing project status reports, managing project documentation, and providing administrative support to project teams.ResponsibilitiesTechnical project support and project coordination experienceAnalytical skills to interpret and communicate project dataExcellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and project team membersAdministrative assistance experience to provide support to project teamsAbility to do smooth coordination between domestic / international customers and internal teams with objective of resolving customer queries, issue resolution and maintaining customer relationshipProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software will be an added advantageMinimum relevant experience of 1 yrs handling coordination for projects in ITOrganizational skills to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesBachelor's degree in business administration, BCA, MCA, project management, or related fieldPosition full time.
