With 1500+ clients and ₹1000 + crores in AUM, we help individuals and families achieve their financial dreams.Job Description• Assisting Relationship Managers to service the HNI clients for administration work, queries and for investment plans. • Coordination between Clients, Relationship Managers & back Office• Deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers.Desired Candidate Profile• Should be fluent in English• Should have strong written & oral communications skill• Should have experience in Mutual Fund Operations• Good at multitasking.ensuring satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and leading the customer service team, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve service processes and customer experiences.QualificationsProficient in Customer Service Management, including a focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support.Strong Analytical Skills to assess team performance and implement improvements.Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively.Experience in client relationship management and conflict resolution is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field is preferable.
