Job DescriptionJob Title: Learner Success MentorLocation: Mumbai (Marol)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and student-focused Learner Success Mentor who will play a key role in guiding learners throughout their program journey. This role requires strong communication, ownership, and a customer-first mindset to ensure an exceptional learner experience.Key Responsibilities- Resolve day-to-day learner queries within defined SLAs - Mentor learners through regular interactions (calls, emails, WhatsApp) - Provide academic guidance, motivation, and goal-setting support - Track learner progress and engagement data - Share weekly milestones and ensure learners stay on track - Identify learner challenges and proactively provide solutions - Manage multiple learners efficiently while maintaining quality engagementSkills & Competencies- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English) - Excellent active listening and problem-solving ability - High customer-centric approach - Strong time management and multitasking skills - Ability to build rapport and maintain learner relationshipsEligibility Criteria- Graduate in any discipline - Prior experience in mentoring, customer success, academic advising, or similar roles is preferredWork Details- 6-day working week - Weekends mandatory (Work From Home) - 1 weekly off (weekday)
