Job Opening for Pipeline Cost Estimator for Cross-country Pipeline projects at Kalpataru Projects International Ltd in the Oil & gas division.Experience: 8-12 years Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Location: Mumbai, SantacruzArea of Responsibilities of Pipeline Estimator: -Prepare Cost Estimation for International Cross Country Pipeline projects based on first principleTechno-commercial study of tenders, understand scope of work, raise clarifications Prepare Project Synopsis, Identify Risks, Plan Risk Mitigation measures Compile entire technical bid, formulate Project Execution Plans, Prepare Resource loading, Org Charts etcPrepare Complete Indirect Costs including Indirect Manpower, Temporary Construction Facilities, Temporary Site Facilities, logistics costs, HSE Training costs, PPE costs etc... Have a very good database of international vendors and subcontractors and benchmarking of prices for pipeline projectsRespond to post bid techno-commercial Queries within the time frame of all international projectsAttend Client meetings, provide convincing response to their clarifications, Present Project Execution Plan in front of various international clientsTo understand future business trend & maintain competitors track recordPrepare & submit techno-commercial proposal to clientVisit Site during Tender Site Visit and collect data’s required for costing.Prepare proper Site Visit Report after completion of Site Visit.Prepare clarification after reading of Tender documents.Prepare comparative for Vendors Offer.Experience of unit rate calculation for individual Items / works.Prepare Presentation slides to Client and Management.
