We’re Hiring: Manager – Founder’s Office | Idiotic Media (Mumbai)About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Manager – Founder’s Office who will work closely with the Founder to drive strategic initiatives, streamline execution, and ensure seamless communication across teams.This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in advertising/media agencies, who understands fast-paced creative environments and can translate vision into action.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Planning & ExecutionWork directly with the Founder on business priorities, growth strategies, and key initiativesBreak down high-level strategies into actionable plans with clear timelinesTrack progress and ensure timely execution across departments2. Project Management & MappingCreate structured project plans, workflows, and execution roadmapsCoordinate with internal teams (Creative, Influencer Marketing, Client Servicing, Production)Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve execution challenges3. Reporting & InsightsBuild and maintain dashboards/reports for ongoing projects and business performanceProvide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to the FounderEnsure data-driven decision-making4. Communication & CoordinationAct as a bridge between the Founder and internal teamsDrive clarity in communication, expectations, and deliverablesEnsure alignment across multiple stakeholders5.
