Job Description:Manage end-to-end program execution within the Business Operations team across HR and Skill Development, and International Collaboration initiativesEnsure seamless execution of programs—from launch and onboarding to continuous monitoring and evaluation of projects and outcomes till closures.Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, students, researchers, experts and industry partners.Support the planning and execution of events, workshops, and initiatives.Oversee program documentation, reporting, and presentations using MS Office tools, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, program effectiveness, and impact assessment.Minimum Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a minimum 1 year of experience.Required Expertise:Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage programs end-to-end with attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentLocation of work:Qmet Tech, IIT Bombay Campus, Powai, Mumbai 400076
