YouTube Operations Intern

CTC: up to 15k-20kWe are looking for a passionate YouTube Operation Executive who can lead the execution of our content strategy, manage publishing operations, and grow our presence across multiple YouTube channels.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily uploads, scheduling, and optimization (titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, playlists).Develop content calendars aligned with trends and audience insights.Track performance metrics (views, watch time, retention, CTR, subscribers) and suggest data-driven improvements.Ensure compliance with YouTube policies, COPPA guidelines, and brand standards.Coordinate with animation, editing, marketing, and external partners for smooth content execution.Requirements:1–3 years of experience managing YouTube channels (preferably kids/entertainment).Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, analytics tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ), algorithms, and monetization.
