As a rapidly growing company, with offices in the USA, UK, Australia, and India servicing clients in over 60 countries, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our company.The RoleA Localization Project Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end localization delivery of digital learning content across multiple languages and markets. The position requires close collaboration with Content, Product, CMS, and external localization translation and QC vendors, along with ownership of translation quality, reporting, budget adherence, and process optimization.Responsibilities:-Manage end-to-end localization delivery for e-learning content across multiple languages.Plan and track localization schedules, milestones, and dependencies aligned to content roadmaps.Coordinate localization of text, audio (voice-overs), video (subtitles/captions).Act as the primary point of contact for external localization vendors and internal stakeholders.Ensure localized content consistently meets quality standards and style guides, while proactively driving process and workflow optimizations to enhance translation quality, efficiency and learner experience.Own and proactively manage scope changes, risks, and timelines, working closely with the Manager to resolve issues efficiently.Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and drive execution in partnership with the Manager to enhance internal workflows.Support CMS ingestion, validation, and release readiness of localized content.Demonstrate strong interest in and awareness of AI-driven localization technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI for translation, dubbing, and operational efficiency improvements.Additional skills:A Bachelor’s degree.2 years of experience in Media localization coordination.
