As a Growth Associate, you'll be at the sharp end of Excelrate's expansion — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving conversations that lead to real business outcomes. You'll work directly with senior leadership, get exposure to C-suite interactions early, and have a front-row seat to how a B2B SaaS company scales.If you're an MBA graduate who thinks strategically, communicates with confidence, and has the hustle to make things happen — we want to hear from you.What You'll DoPipeline Development — Identify, research, and prospect potential clients across sectors where strategy execution is a business priorityOutreach & Engagement — Drive outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls; build relationships with decision-makers at the CXO, VP, and Strategy Head levelsMarket Intelligence — Map the competitive landscape, track industry trends, and identify whitespace opportunities for GEMS platformSales Support — Collaborate on proposals, pitch decks, and demos; support the full sales cycle from first conversation to closurePartnerships — Explore and nurture channel and referral partnerships to accelerate growthReporting — Track and report on key growth metrics, pipeline health, and campaign performance using CRM toolsWho You AreMBA graduate from a reputed institution (Class of 2025 or 2026), with 0–12 months of post-MBA work experienceA natural communicator — written, verbal, and everything in betweenCommercially curious — you read business news, understand how companies make decisions, and can hold your own in a boardroom conversationSelf-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot opportunities and act on themComfortable with ambiguity and pace — this is a startup environment; things move fast and hats change oftenProficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools and MS Office / Google WorkspaceCompensationCompetitive, commensurate with profile.
