Job Title: Executive – CFA Operations (Pharmaceuticals)Industry: Pharmaceutical Location: Hyderabad Qualification: Any Graduate Experience Requirement: Experience in SAP is mandatoryJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – CFA Stockiest to manage stockiest operations, billing processes, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP and strong analytical and communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Handle stockiest order billing and ensure accurate system entries including LR, IRN, and E-way bill generation. Process and settle claims by verifying and validating stockiest submissions. Record stockiest collection entries in SAP and follow up for outstanding payments. Conduct stock verification as per business requirements and ensure inventory accuracy. Generate and maintain reports related to billing, collections, and stock movements. Coordinate and communicate effectively with the Sales team and stockiest for smooth operations. Key Requirements:Graduate in any discipline. Mandatory experience in SAP (especially in billing, collections, and inventory modules). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.CTC – Up to 5:00 LPA
