We are looking for someone in our ECM team at RMZ.Job descriptionSPOC for investor servicing and asset management for existing Joint Ventures with CPPIB and Mitsui Fudosan and future investorsMonthly MIS, Annual Development and Business PlansActively responding to investor queriesPeriodic valuation exercise for investor JVAssisting in new fund raisingPitch decks and financial models for investor propositionsExtensive research on new investors, propositions / opportunities, and strategiesWhat would the role entailActively interacting with all the cross functional teamsComplete 360-degree view on projects. Ensure project progression across all verticals in line with the agreed business plans and flagging deviations if anyActive interaction with the deal team (legal, tax, and finance), acquisitions team, revenue and projects team – new acquisitions and joint venturesReal estate experience mandatory2 – 6 years of work experienceProficient in excel and presentation, investment models, basic knowledge across all real estate asset classesGood command on language and articulationCultural fit for team – self-starter, keen to learn and grow, adaptable and comfortable with long working hours.
