Job Title: Associate – Regional CR LeaderLocation: North (NCR: Gurugram/New Delhi/Noida)Location: South (Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Chennai)Location: West (Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad)Purpose: 1) Drive documentation, permit tracking, MIS, and coordination to enable timely approvals and compliance.2) Lead regional/country initiatives: process digitization, playbook creation, authority relationship mapping, and KPI reporting.Role OverviewSupport the Lead by running day-to-day trackers, preparing applications, coordinating clarifications, and publishing dashboards; proactively launch improvement initiatives and standardize workflows across cities.Strategic ImpactEnable faster project starts, reduce regulatory risk, and build trust with authorities. Institutionalize compliance excellence, integrate intelligence with Design, Development, Operations, and Investments, and strengthen RMZ’s reputation for governance and sustainability.Key Responsibilities· Prepare/file applications and maintain compliance documentation, track milestones and dependencies.· Publish weekly status dashboards; escalate delays and risks early.· Update Regulatory Intelligence Repository with laws, circulars, and precedents.· Map authority contacts; schedule reviews; ensure minutes and action closure.· Pilot digitization features; create checklists/playbooks; train city teams.Key Interfaces· Lead (Country/Regional/MEP)· City Compliance Leads; Design, Development, Operations· Finance, Legal, Procurement· External: Authorities and consultantsCompetencies & Qualifications· 4–8 years in permits/compliance/project coordination; strong documentation and MIS skills.· Working knowledge of statutes and city processes; proficiency in Excel and workflow tools.· Collaboration and communication skills; bias for action.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)· On-time tracker updates and dashboard publication· Application quality (first-pass clearance rate)· Digitization adoption (features rolled-out)· Action item closure rate within SLA
