ACX combines domain expertise and technology-driven processes to deliver structured insights and practical solutions.We are looking for an “Associate” who will contribute to the growth journey.Key Responsibilities:Analyse Credit Reports of Individuals and Non-Individuals to identify risks, gaps and opportunities for credit improvement.Work directly with the Founder and the Co-Founder on strategic projects, research initiatives and high-priority assignments.Conduct in-depth research on the credit information industry, analysing trends, products and emerging opportunities.Support the development of new services, products and strategic initiatives from ideation to execution.Develop and support the execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products and services.Requirements:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong command over written and spoken English and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.High ownership and accountability, with the ability to take initiatives from ideation through execution and delivery.Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to identify tasks, solve problems and take action without constant supervision.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure problems and develop practical solutions.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities.Experience: Fresher or 6 months – 1 year of experience in a relevant fieldExpected CTC (Full-time): Rs 3 – 3.5 LPAJoining Date: ImmediatelyAthena CredXpert offers a vibrant and collaborative work culture where individuals can grow, innovate and play a key role in the company’s journey towards success.
