Outreach.io Power User & Admin (bonus points for Marketo experience!)• System Configuration: Manage user roles, permissions, and organizational settings to ensure security and operational consistency.• Activity Sync: Own the Outreach-to-SFDC plugin. Ensure 100% of rep activity on Leads and Contacts is captured in Salesforce.• Sync Management: Own the bidirectional sync between Outreach, marketo and Salesforce, troubleshooting any plugin errors or mapping issues.• Sequence Management: Build and optimize communication sequences2. Salesforce & CPQ Support• SFDC Basics: Perform basic admin tasks like field mapping, page layout updates, and creating Activity reports/dashboards.• CPQ Coordination: Support the quoting process in DealHub.Qualifications & Skills• Platform Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on Outreach.io or Marketo administration.• Salesforce Foundations: Solid grasp of SFDC objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities) and reporting.• CPQ Exposure: Previous experience working within a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) environment is highly preferred.Please share profiles that match the required experience.
