Candidate will be the primary responsible for driving incremental growth from our existing customer base for Personal Loan and Business Loan Top UpsCore ResponsibilitiesData-Driven Targeting: Partner with the Analytics team to build propensity models and utilization triggers.Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, App Push, and Tele-calling) to drive top-up conversions.Risk & Policy Alignment: Collaborate with the Risk department to define /"Pre-Approved/" and /"Pre-Qualified/" criteria, ensuring portfolio health remains within guardrails while scaling.Funnel Optimization: Constant A/B testing of communication hooks, UI/UX journeys to promote DIY journey , and offer constructs (e.g., interest rate resets vs. processing fee waivers).P&L Accountability: Own the monthly and quarterly targets for AUM growth specifically derived from the internal base and the Cost of Acquisition (COA) for these loans.Key Performance Indicators :Penetration Rate- of the eligible internal base converted for a Top-UpAUM Contribution- Total book value generated from the internal baseConversion Rate- lead-to-disbursement efficiencyUnit Economics- Reduction in COA compared to external sourcing channelsPortfolio Quality- Delinquencies to be within the defined threshold
