Create and manage project timelines and Gantt charts.2. Track milestones, dependencies, and risks.3. Coordinate between:SalesTechnical teamsFabricatorsVendorsClient procurement teams4. Prepare client-ready documentation:Progress reportsExecution schedulesScope updates5. Monitor vendor deliverables and escalate delays.6. Ensure alignment between BOQ and actual execution.7. Support smooth handover between teams.Required Experience1. Minimum 3–6 years in project coordination within:Event productionAV integrationRetail fit-outs2. Experience managing cross-functional teams.3. Strong documentation and reporting skills.4.
