Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning : Work closely with the founders to refine the business strategy and execute a way forward to ensure objectives are achieved. Pursue new business opportunities by forging strategic partnerships for expansions with external stakeholdersProcess Design & implementation: Conducting analysis of various aspects of the business, identifying trends, opportunities and challenges by closely working with cross functional teams like Business development, Operations, Procurement and Marketing and create an optimal workflow designSupplier relationship management: Work closely with the procurement team and contribute in Identifying and building supplier relationships that foster collaboration and continuous improvement with key suppliers. Business Analysis: Organise, manage and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights and support decision making processes.  Technology & Innovation: Implement innovation in technology that will enhance supply chain capabilities and better customer experience. EIR activities: Pick up special projects and execute the company's long term strategy in line with its vision and values by demonstrating strong operational efficiency. Qualifications2+ years of experience working in consulting or a fast growing start upDemonstrated ability to project manage and launch new initiatives within the teamTo have a ‘Whatever-it-takes’ mindset to help business accelerate towards its objectivesStrong business acumen and proven record of strategic decision making skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
