Brand Solutions Strategist (Finance / BFSI)We are looking for a Brand Solutions Strategist with experience in finance/BFSI marketing who can translate complex financial offerings into strong creative and brand-led communication. This role blends brand strategy, creative direction, and client collaboration, while working closely with a team of copy, design, and video specialists to deliver impactful campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the strategic bridge between finance client stakeholders and the internal creative teamTranslate financial product offerings (banking, investments, insurance, fintech) into clear brand narratives and campaign ideasLead brand and content strategy across copy, graphics, and video for digital platformsEnsure communication is compliant, accurate, and aligned with brand tone and regulatory guidelinesWork closely with creative teams to shape campaign concepts, messaging frameworks, and storytellingManage timelines, workflows, and quality of deliverablesConsolidate and communicate client feedback into actionable creative directionEnsure consistent and timely delivery across campaigns and projectsStep in to write financial copy or guide creative execution when requiredRequirements1–3 years of experience in an agency or digital marketing environment (finance/BFSI exposure preferred)Experience working on financial services brands or fintech productsAbility to collaborate with and guide a creative team (copy, design, video)Strong copywriting and messaging skills with understanding of financial productsWorking knowledge of Canva or Adobe creative toolsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
