Sourcing Executive

Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and execution-focused Sourcing Executive to support vendor identification, cost negotiations, and supply continuity across categories critical to our manufacturing and operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of sourcing or procurement experience who is comfortable working closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and operations teams. Exposure to global supplier ecosystems will be an added advantage. For candidates operating at a Category Manager level, advanced qualifications are preferred.What You’ll Do • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for domestic and international sourcing requirements • Support price discovery, negotiations, and cost benchmarking across sourcing categories • Ensure timely availability of materials in coordination with production and planning teams • Maintain vendor data, contracts, and sourcing documentation • Track supplier performance on cost, quality, and delivery metrics • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supply, quality, or commercial issues • Support category-level sourcing strategies and cost optimization initiatives • Assist in developing alternate supplier options to reduce supply riskWho You Are • 2-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations / related field • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills • Good Excel and data-handling skills • Comfortable working in an execution-heavy, fast-paced environment • Experience in global sourcing or working with international suppliers is a plus
