The organization is committed to playing a larger role in India’s sustainable development by embedding wider economic, social, and environmental objectives through its programmes and is underscored by a vision to create an enlightened and equitable society.Locations in Posting : Any blocks of Odisha and Jharkhand (based on organisational requirements)Salary Range : Up to 8.5 LPA (Annual CTC) (based on experience and suitability)Purpose of the Role: Serve as a Resource Person at the cluster level (covering 3–4 blocks) to strengthen the capacity of frontline public health workers by designing practical tools, delivering context-specific trainings, providing ongoing mentoring, and ensuring that district‑level activities are aligned with community needs and government priorities for sustained, systemic improvement. This position is based out of respective Block HQ as allotted to individual under the project.Key Deliverables:Strengthen the training skills of designated trainers at the district and block levels.Work closely with partners and government departments to understand their specific training needs and coordinate joint capacity‑building initiatives at the district and block levels.Ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality trainings across cluster, block, and district levels by enhancing content delivery, training methodologies, availability of materials and training aids, and overall logistical planning.Serve as a trainer, delivering sessions on multidisciplinary topics to designated trainers and public health workers at the district and block levels.Support the establishment and implementation of a robust training‑feedback mechanism to continuously evaluate program effectiveness and inform necessary improvements.Mentor and build the capacity of block‑level project teams and health functionaries to foster self‑development and drive systemic change.Contribute to the design and refinement of tools, processes, and methodologies that strengthen capacity‑building initiatives.Participate in district and block‑level review meetings to present project findings, training needs, and systemic gaps, and ensure timely follow‑up for gap resolution.Work closely with the Project’s L&D team to create a strong and supportive environment for block‑level community experts, ensuring effective project implementation and achievement of deliverables.Oversee and guide a team of block‑level community experts by providing training, hand‑holding support through extensive field visits, and the necessary resources to enable them to perform effectively.Collaborate with the District Project Manager to guide block teams on capacity‑building efforts for frontline health workers at district and block levels.Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.(Academic background in Public Health,Social Work, Rural Development or allied development sector domains will be preferred)Work experience in years: 1 - 8 Years(Relevant experience in community-based projects, rural development or public health initiatives will be preferred)Technical Skill Sets:Knowledge of Public Health SystemsTraining and FacilitationCurriculum and Tool Development for TrainingStakeholder engagementBehavioral Skill Sets:Aligned to TATA Values (Integrity, Responsibility, Excellence, Pioneering, Unity & Respect)Strong Interpersonal Skills and Collaborative ApproachSelf-Motivated, Result-oriented, Sensitive to cultures & diversityStrategic Thinking and Decision MakingAccountability and Ownership
