Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller Executive, located in Mumbai. The Tele Caller Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, provide accurate information to address their queries, and build positive relationships. Responsibilities include managing lead generation, following up with potential customers, and maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions and communications. The role requires strong communication skills, timely follow-ups, and a client-focused approach to meet service and sales goals.
