And we need builders to make that happen.The RoleWe need AI tinkerers who ship.You'll embed directly with teams across Pepper—Sales, Marketing, Content, Ops, Product—and do one thing: find friction, build micro apps, automate the boring stuff.No 6-month roadmaps. No endless PRDs. You see a problem Monday, you ship a working prototype by Wednesday.You'll report directly into the founder and functional leaders. Full access to data, systems, and context. Zero bureaucracy. Maximum velocity.What You'll DoSit with every team. Understand their workflows, pain points, and where they waste time.Spot automation opportunities. If a human is doing something repetitive, your job is to make an AI do it.Build micro apps fast. Internal tools, automations, LLM-powered workflows, dashboards—whatever solves the problem.Ship working prototypes. Not decks. Not wireframes. Working products.Iterate relentlessly. Deploy, get feedback, improve, redeploy.
