Position Title:Manager- T&DFunction:Learning & DevelopmentReporting to:Sr Manager/ AGM / DGMLocation: MumbaiBrief Job Description:Facilitate soft/behavioral/ technical learning programsAssess Training Needs by gathering information about the current level of competencies of participants Design and develop Training and Development programs based on both the organizations and the individual's needsDesign session flow to achieve objectives of behavioural training Responsible for rolling out the Training Calendar for the Organisation Content creation for training & maintaining training librariesProvide feedback to management to assist in the development of training programs that positively impact department performance improvement goalsMaintain and create dashboards for compliance trackers with detailsCreate & evaluate effectiveness of training solutionsVendor management as per the requirementJob Purpose:The position ensures all Learning and Capability Development requirements for Alembic Pharmaceuticals is delivered end-to-endSkills required:Strong industry knowledge and Subject Matter ExpertiseStrong communication skillsExcellent presentation and facilitation skillsCreative and adaptableEducational Qualification:B.Pharm/ M.Pharm Preferred and Post Graduate Work Experience:5- 7 years
