AR & MIS Executive

Role SummaryThe Executive – AR & MIS will support commercial operations for a service-based inspection/testing/certification business, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and accurate MIS reporting. The role demands strong coordination with operations, sales, and customers, along with high ownership of receivable controls.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities including invoice generation, collections, and customer reconciliationsTrack customer-wise outstanding, ageing analysis, and ensure regular follow-ups with clientsCoordinate with operations/project teams for billing readiness and closureResolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders and customersPrepare and circulate daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports on revenue, collections, and outstandingSupport management with financial analysis, trend reporting, and dashboardsEnsure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirementsAssist during month-end and year-end closing activities related to ARKey Skills & Requirements2–3 years of experience in AR & MIS, preferably in service / inspection / certification / consulting industryStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation)Strong follow-up skills and customer coordination abilityDetail-oriented, energetic, and professional attitude
