This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, running experiments, and optimising for real business outcomes like bookings, revenue, and ROAS. You will work closely with growth, brand, and product teams to translate insights into scalable performance strategies.About You- Build, maintain, and optimize campaigns for key business metrics like leads, bookings, CAC, retention, ROAS, and AOV across squads and channels (Meta, Google, etc). - Conduct cohort analysis and segmentation to understand repeat behaviour, guest personas, and campaign effectiveness. - Work with GA4 and internal database to set up correct tracking, fix discrepancies, and ensure attribution accuracy. - Support lifecycle and retention initiatives with insights on user journeys, drop-offs, and conversion paths. - Partner with other marketing and performance teams to assess the impact of campaigns (email, WhatsApp, SEO, paid), and guide budget allocation. - Create and maintain data pipelines for lead tracking, secondary guest data, and UTM attribution (first and last touch). - Collaborate with tech to ensure scalable and clean data capture across web and app platforms. - Ability to translate data into actionable insights with strong storytelling skills. - Hands-on with Excel/Sheets or dashboarding tools like Data Studio, Looker Studio, or Tableau. - Good understanding of funnels, user segmentation, LTV, attribution modelling, and retention metrics. - Experience with GA4 or similar analytics tools. - 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, growth analytics, or marketing roles. - This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needsBonus Points - These are non-essential, but a bonus if you have them!- Experience with Clevertap or other engagement platforms. - Understanding of travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industries. - Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp campaigns. - Experience setting up UTM tracking and solving for “not set” data.Key Metrics: What you will drive and achieve- Internal Data Ownership (Data Updation/Brand Marketing tracker) - Attribution (Discrepancy in GA and backend should be less than 10%) - Paid ROAS Paid LeadsOur Core Values: Are you a CURATER?- Curious: Here, your curiosity fuels innovation. - User-Centric: You’ll anticipate the needs of all our stakeholders and exceed expectations. - Resourceful: You’ll creatively optimise our resources with solutions that elevate experiences in unexpected ways. - Aspire: Keep learning, keep growing—because we’re all about continuous improvement. - Trust: Trust is our foundation.
