Influencer Collaborations Manager

Key roles and responsibilities : Lead collaborations end-to-end from ideation to execution - with creators, influencers, and aligned communities. Work with creators and their teams to deliver high-quality UGC for use across our digital channels while collaborating with the in-house Digital and Design teams. Build a strong community of creators and partners, nurturing relationships and spotting new fits. Run affiliate programs, track performance, and use data to refine who we partner with and how. Manage content rights and permissions so creator content can be repurposed seamlessly across platforms. Support PR, brand campaigns, and seasonal storytelling with the right creators and communities. Keep our creator community engaged, informed, and excited about the world of AMINU. Track data, performance, share insights, and keep refining what works.What are we looking for: 2+ years of experience, preferably in talent management, brand collaborations, and influencer marketing. Someone who understands creators as people, not posts. Sharp at communication, crisp briefs, warm follow-ups, and clear boundaries. Comfortable juggling multiple conversations, timelines, and deliverables. Curious, observant, and able to read the room (and the internet) quickly. Strong sense for aesthetics, storytelling, and what makes content scroll-stopping. Prior experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or community building is a plus.
