The ideal candidate need to know and Understand shop drawings , approvals , consultant coordination , monitor budgets, variation, able to negotiate on site value engineering measures,planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.Responsibilities- Set project timeline - Monitor project deliverables - Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress - Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign themQualifications- BE ( Civil ) from a reputed college - Experience at site – a min of 12 years , with well known developers and projects in residential real estate - Strong business acumen in project planning and management - Strong verbal English written, and organizational skills is a must - Present Location from Mumbai Must
