Role: Influencer StrategistLocation: Mumbai, Lower ParelExperience: [e.g., 1–3 years]Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives - Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) - Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, and timelines for influencers - Coordinate with influencers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns - Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with insights - Stay updated on influencer trends, platform updates, and emerging creators - Manage influencer relationships and negotiations, including commercialsRequirements:- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems - Experience working with influencers, creators, or talent agencies - Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously - Basic understanding of analytics and campaign performance metricsGood to Have:- Experience in agency or brand-side influencer marketing - Familiarity with influencer tools and platforms - Knowledge of AI tools for influencer discovery and reporting
