Head – Enterprise Apple & AI Platforms (India)Location: IndiaReporting to: Executive LeadershipAbout Softcell:Softcell Technologies Global is a leading Indian Systems Integrator with over 35 years of enterprise credibility, working with some of the country’s largest and most regulated organisations across Infrastructure, Security, Engineering, Mobility, and AI-led platforms.As enterprises rethink end-user computing, data sovereignty, AI adoption, and secure digital workplaces, Softcell is making a strategic investment in building a next-generation Apple-centric enterprise platform practice spanning Mac, iPad, iPhone, and on-prem / edge AI infrastructure.The Mandate:The Head has to drive scale in sales operations, and run Softcell’s enterprise Apple & AI platform business with direct accountability for revenue, margins, solution credibility, and enterprise adoption.The role requires a leader who is equally comfortable in front of CIOs and CISOs, deep in architecture discussions, and personally driving large, complex enterprise outcomes.What you have to own and deliver?1. Build and scale a national enterprise Apple & AI platform practice- Define GTM strategy for Mac, iPad, iPhone in large enterprises - Position Apple as a secure, manageable, AI-ready enterprise platform - Own practice revenue, profitability, and execution quality2. Personally lead strategic enterprise engagements- Engage CXO, IT, Security, Digital Workplace, and Innovation teams - Shape multi-year transformation programs, not just device rollouts - Drive outcomes across security, productivity, cost efficiency, and AI readiness3. Architect next-generation enterprise solutions- Apple device platforms integrated with Jamf security and management stack - On-prem and edge AI inference platforms (Apple Silicon–led) - Secure endpoint, identity, and data protection architectures4. Drive AI-led enterprise adoption- Translate AI from experimentation to production-grade enterprise use - Position Apple Silicon for AI inference, edge compute, and regulated workloads - Work closely with customers on use-case driven AI deployments5. Drive OEM and ecosystem relationships- Drive deep alignment with Apple and allied ecosystem partners - Lead joint account planning, GTM motions, and strategic pursuits - Build credibility with OEM leadership and enterprise customers alike6. Build and lead high-calibre teams- Attract senior pre-sales, solution architects, and domain leaders - Set technical and commercial bars across the practice - Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and execution excellenceWhat this role is not?- Not a device sales leadership role - Not a single-account or regional roleThis role has to bring in a new leadership depth and external perspective into a strategically critical area for Softcell.What we are looking for?1. Experience & Background- 15–20+ years in enterprise platforms, infrastructure, or SI leadership - Proven track record of building and scaling businesses, not just managing teams - Prior ownership of revenue, margins, and enterprise outcomes - Experience working with large, regulated enterprises (BFSI, GCCs, PSU, large Indian enterprises)2. Technical & Domain Depth- Strong understanding of Enterprise endpoint platforms (Mac / Windows / Mobile), security, identity, and device management at scale and Infrastructure and platform architectures - Hands-on appreciation of: AI/ML workloads (inference vs training), Edge and on-prem AI execution models, Performance, efficiency, and cost economics of modern compute3.
