Preferred Attributes:Strong existing network within housing societies, redevelopment committees, and local authorities.Proven experience in cluster redevelopment and/or slum rehabilitation projects.Multilingual proficiency (Marathi / Hindi / English) preferred.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Deal SourcingIdentify and evaluate potential redevelopment opportunities across housing societies, clusters, and slum rehabilitation projects.Conduct market intelligence, competitor mapping, and networking to build a strong pipeline of prospective projects.Assess commercial viability by preparing initial financial models and feasibility studies.Drive business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.2. Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementBuild trust-based relationships with society members, managing committees, and local influencers.Act as the primary point of contact for societies throughout the engagement lifecycle.Organize and conduct society meetings, presentations, and negotiations to address queries and align expectations.Collaborate with external stakeholders including architects, project management consultants, legal advisors, and government officials.3. Legal & Regulatory NegotiationsLead negotiations on redevelopment agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties.Ensure compliance with redevelopment-related regulations under DPCR, RERA, and local municipal guidelines.Liaise with legal teams for drafting and execution of agreements, Power of Attorneys, and related documentation.Mitigate risks by proactively addressing regulatory or legal challenges.4. Transition & Execution SupportOversee smooth handover of finalized deals to execution teams for project commencement.Coordinate with internal departments (design, project, legal, finance) and external consultants to secure statutory approvals.Monitor timelines for IOD/CC/other regulatory clearances, ensuring project readiness.Support resolution of society-level issues or authority-related bottlenecks during transition.
