India Station Manager

Responsibility DescriptionDevelop and execute the company's short-term and long-term strategic plans; ensure company strategy aligns with market trends and customer needs; formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.Design and optimize the operations management system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; coordinate the functioning of various departments to ensure smooth overall company operations; manage projects and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.Optimize human resource allocation to ensure job-talent fit; conduct employee training and development programs to enhance overall team competency; continuously improve organizational structure to increase corporate flexibility and adaptability.Develop and monitor company budgets to ensure effective fund utilization; prepare and review financial reports to ensure financial transparency and compliance; provide financial analysis and support to assist management in making informed decisions. Analyze sales data, develop improvement measures to enhance sales performance; adjust product and service strategies based on customer needs; maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, major in Supply Chain Logistics or Marketing related field preferred. Chinese nationality preferred.10+ years of experience in international express / freight forwarding / supply chain industry. Candidates with experience in competing firms within the industry or demonstrating exceptional performance are preferred.Familiar with the development landscape of the freight forwarding industry; possesses the ability to formulate and implement strategic plans; familiar with the company's product advantages, overall industry situation, and market dynamics; proficient in local international air and sea freight operational processes; possesses localized/regional exclusive resources (channels, customer base, products); has successful team management practices.Proficiency in office software, skilled in MS Office operations; English proficiency to working language level.Excellent customer acquisition and communication skills, coordination skills, results-oriented and problem-solving abilities; high sense of responsibility, dedication, innovative thinking, and ability to continuously improve work methods and service quality.
