This position offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the hospitality industry, covering everything from hotel operations to corporate finance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in conducting risk-based internal audits across various business units (Hotels, Corporate Functions, and Subsidiaries).Analysing financial statements and trial balances to identify irregularities or variances.Ensuring adherence to statutory regulations (GST, Income Tax/TDS, PF/ESIC) and internal IHCL policies.Support the testing of the design and operating effectiveness of Internal Financial Controls.Assisting in drafting audit observations, preparing presentations for management, and tracking the implementation of previous audit recommendations.Technical Proficiency-Good understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is an advantage.Good verbal and written communication skillsCandidates currently pursuing their articleship and available for Industrial Trainee as per ICAI regulations from 1st April 2026, would be given first preference.Location: Mumbai Duration: As per ICAI Regulations CA Final Attempt Due: September 2027 onwards
