We are an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive large-scale lending and fintech programs. The role requires strong domain expertise in BFSI, NBFC, and digital financial products, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation to delivery. You will work closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, and external partners to ensure the successful execution of strategic programs aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of multiple programs within digital lending, banking tech, core banking systems, payments, & fintech platforms.Define program vision, scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Vendor partners.Drive execution across Agile / Hybrid delivery models ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.Manage stakeholder communication at senior leadership level, providing regular status updates, risks, and mitigation plans.Oversee integration with core lending systems, LOS, LMS, credit bureaus, KYC, AML, and third-party fintech APIs.Ensure regulatory compliance with RBI and other applicable financial regulations across programs.Identify and manage program risks, issues, and change requests proactively.Establish and improve program governance, processes, documentation, and best practices.Track program KPIs, benefits realization, and post-implementation outcomes.Mentor project and delivery managers within the program. Required Skills & Qualifications9+ years of experience in Program / Project Management within BFSI, NBFC, or FinTech domains.Strong experience managing digital lending platforms, loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), or credit lifecycle programs.Proven track record of delivering large, complex, technology-driven programs.Deep understanding of lending products such as personal loans, educational loans, etc. Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid delivery models.Strong knowledge of regulatory, risk, compliance, KYC/AML, and credit bureau integrations.Experience working with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, fintech partners, and system integrators.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous fintech environment.Preferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.Experience scaling digital lending products in high-growth environments.Exposure to cloud platforms, data analytics, and API-driven architectures.Digital Lending & FinTech Domain Expertise, Risk & Compliance Awareness, Strategic Thinking & Execution Excellence.This is a full-time role based in Andheri, Mumbai, with a 5-day work week (Work from office).
