We are working with reputed brands across categories and we are looking to expand our team with long term vision in place.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Creator Manager located in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for the below -What You’ll Be Responsible For:Serve as the primary representative for our talent - pitching them to brands, agencies, and platforms for campaigns, collaborations, and long-term associations.Build and maintain strong, trust-driven relationships with creators, acting as their go-to support system and solution finder.Manage end-to-end relationships with exclusive and existing creators, from onboarding and daily communication to aligning them with the right brand opportunities.Lead brand campaigns for talent by handling briefs, defining KPIs, managing contracts, tracking deliverables, and sharing performance reports.Oversee digital and on-ground shoots, coordinating wardrobe, styling, and all moving parts for flawless execution.Provide end-to-end logistical and operational support, from scheduling and coordination to on-ground problem-solving (and occasional personal assistance when required).Manage creator/artist deliverables across social campaigns, music videos, brand endorsements, and special projects, ensuring everything goes live on time.Conduct ongoing research and scouting to identify new creators, track trends, and support onboarding of fresh talent.Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and brands to ensure seamless 360° campaign execution.Maintain detailed documentation, including trackers, invoices, contracts, and communication for every collaboration.What We’re Looking For:1-2 years of experience in talent management, creator relations, or influencer marketing.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and keep creator relationships smooth.Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Reels, and the overall social media ecosystem.Ability to negotiate, multitask, and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A sharp sense of content trends, pop culture moments, and shifts within the creator landscape.Familiarity with digital shoots, styling & production coordination, and ensuring brand consistency across content.Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accountability.A collaborative, ownership-driven mindset with reliability and consistency at the core.Why Work With Provn:We provide flexibility via Hybrid workOpportunity to be part of the first team for Provn / Cercle that is focused on kick starting the talent vertical Gain exposure and knowledge on how the creator eco-system works at a larger level
