Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Content and Legal Submissions Expert to join our team. This role will focus on crafting compelling press releases and managing content for social media platforms, ensuring that all communications align with the firm’s standards and corporate branding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of legal terminology, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.Key Responsibilities:Corporate Communication:Develop, write, and edit press releases that communicate key corporate messages clearly and effectively.Create engaging content for various social media platforms.Collaborate with practice teams to ensure all communications are compliant with relevant regulations.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.Manage the approval process for all external communications, ensuring timely dissemination of information.Analyse the effectiveness of press releases and social media campaigns through performance metrics.Lega Directory Submissions:Manage the end-to-end submission process for various legal directories, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Research and identify relevant directories that align with the firm’s practice areas and strategic goals. Collaborate with partners and practice group leaders to gather necessary information, including case studies, testimonials, and other supporting materials. Draft compelling narratives that highlight the firm’s strengths, achievements, and unique selling points. Monitor submission deadlines and maintain an organised calendar to ensure all entries are submitted on time. Track and analyse directory rankings and feedback to inform future submissions strategies. Liaise with external directory contacts to clarify submission requirements or address any queries. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding submission status and outcomes.Required Qualifications:A minimum of three years’ experience in corporate communications or public relations roles, preferably within a legal context.Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Proficiency in using communication and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and social media management tools.Proven ability to produce high-quality written content under tight deadlines.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Exceptional attention to detail, particularly concerning legal compliance in communication materials.Preferred Skills:A background in law firm or previous experience working closely with legal teams is advantageous.Keen understanding of public relations strategies and techniques.Experience using analytics tools to measure communication effectiveness is desirable
