(CAAPL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CareEdge, rendering customised industry research reports, transaction advisory, policy and management advisory service, technoeconomic viability study and financial modelling for projects.Position - Director – Research practiceRole & Responsibility• The candidate is expected to play an integral role in growth and execution of the Customised Industry Research business. Past experience of working in a research firm/consulting firm and independently leading teams and executing assignments is desirable. The candidate is expected to have ability to conceptualize, structure and successfully deliver various research assignments, in the Indian private and public sector as well as international markets.Ability to manage and execute assignments across a range of areas including:- Customised industry research reports across sectors in India Industry research reports for DRHP filings for IPOMarket assessment and business/product expansion opportunity - Business strategy and planning- Competition benchmarking within the industry- Primary research based assignments for Corporate IndiaConnect with market participants, as required, for generating business opportunities Showcase thought-leadership and build franchise for the business and represent the business in external forumsDeliver impactful presentations to clients and prepare insightful client proposals/ pitchdecksAbility to interpret client needs and offer customised solutions SkillsExperience in managing and executing projects end-to-end Strong Analytical skills with ability to lead independently Superior team management and people skills Ability to think out of the box and come out with innovative solutions/ideas to complex challengesPositive attitude and ability to work across teams within tight deadlinesClient relationship building and business development Ability to structure and write high-quality reports and make presentationsExcellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skillsEducational QualificationMBA (Fin.)/CA/ CFA/FRM • Work experience of at least 15-18 years with demonstrated track record of end-to-end execution of various customised industry research and market study assignments across varied industries in India; effective client pitchdecks and conversion of proposals record; franchise building through thought leadership articles
