You will ensure all water systems are installed, tested, balanced, and commissioned safely, meeting project specifications, redundancy, and operational readiness requirements.At ALEMCO, we’re about more than just building iconic structures - we’re about building exceptional careers. Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate commissioning and functional testing of water-based systemsEnsure water system installations are complete, safe, and ready for commissioningExecute and witness tests for flow, pressure, temperature, and functionalityCoordinate with commissioning engineers, MEP contractors, vendors, and QA/QC teamsIdentify, track, and close punch list items during commissioningVerify system performance, water quality, and compliance with project specificationsMaintain commissioning checklists, test reports, and handover documentationSupport final system handover to operations and facilities management teamsWater Systems ScopeChilled water systems (pumps, piping, valves, chillers, cooling towers)Domestic water, drainage, and wastewater systemsFirefighting systems (fire pumps, hydrants, sprinkler networks)RO/Water treatment systems (if applicable)Water circulation, balancing, and integration with BMS / EPMSVerification of redundancy (N+1, 2N) and failover operationWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role.Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred.Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.What We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
