Collate and review all food safety prerequisite documents from Supplier & custodian on key SQM Documents. Custodian of Approved Vendor list issuance to manufacturing Supply Points. Drive Key QFS Deliverables.Auditing - Coordinate and conduct audits/Technical Visits for Danone Suppliers & Participate in internal audits and audits for GMP/GHP & Quality Management Systems & facilitate Corrective as well as Preventive action with Supplier in case of Non-Conformance.Specifications – Partner with Specifications as well as C&P team & inputs in Sourcing as well as Raw and Packaging material specifications and validate Specifications.Verification and Validations requirements relating to Quality & Food Safety are met as per Danone requirements. Conduct Quality reviews on a periodic basis & custodian of IT System updation.Profile Specifications Degree in Food Technology, or related science discipline with 10 years of Work experience in relevant field.Open to travel extensively to Supplier’s location.Knowledge of HACCP Principles, Knowledge of FSMS, GFSI, Traceability, EMP, Micro etc.Good understanding GHP , GMP & Microbial requirements, Auditing, HACCP etc.
