Account ManagementManage Co-operative Banks, RRBs, and MNCs.Analyze data and account performance to improve business metrics.Maintain quality parameters and work towards enhancing bank performance.Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores.Handle and resolve customer queries through CRM efficiently and accurately.Analyze query patterns to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement and automation2. Project ManagementProvide onboarding assistance to banks for various NPCI products and services.Ensure resolution of all issues and concerns related to assigned banks.Identify manual processes suitable for automation to improve operational efficiency.Coordinate with internal and external teams on various activities.3.
