Apprentices get opportunity to gain practical work experience and develop skills including communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, professionalism & work ethics. The Apprentice will support day‑to‑day operations and analytics functions within the Credit Bureau. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to credit information systems, data analysis, reporting, and regulatory processes, while learning how credit data is collected, processed, and delivered to lenders and financial institutions.12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with On the job training for graduate freshers respectively. Key ResponsibilitiesCredit Data OperationsAssist in data validation, data quality checks, and reconciliation of credit information received from member institutions (Banks, NBFCs, Fintech’s).Support record updates, corrections, and dispute resolution activities under supervisor guidance.Help maintain accuracy and integrity of consumer and commercial credit data.MIS & Reporting SupportPrepare basic MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using Excel or internal tools.Assist in data analysis, data quality checks, and data reporting.Support senior analysts in extracting and formatting data for internal and external stakeholders.Compliance & Regulatory SupportGain exposure to credit bureau regulations, data privacy, and compliance guidelines.Assist in maintaining documentation and audit support data.Ensure processes follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).Stakeholder CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams such as Operations, IT, Analytics, and Compliance.Support responses to routine data requests from internal users.Learning & DevelopmentParticipate in training sessions, shadowing assignments, and process walkthroughs.Continuously learn about credit lifecycle, consumer credit scores, and risk assessment. Skills & CompetenciesTechnical / Functional SkillsBasic knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).Understanding of data handling and reporting (basic).Behavioral SkillsStrong attention to detail.Willingness to learn and adapt in a regulated environment.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data responsibly.Eligibility:-No previous experience requiredMinimum education qualification - Graduation in any field for 12 months Apprenticeship.Certification: After successfully completing the one-year training, you will receive an Apprenticeship Certificate, which will validate your experience and learning during the program.
