You will ensure that systems such as fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and building management are installed, tested, integrated, and handed over according to project specifications, operational requirements, and safety standards.At ALEMCO, we’re about more than just building iconic structures - we’re about building exceptional careers. Join us to deliver Project Planning and Controls initiatives that directly shape our business success, from sourcing candidates to enhancing candidate experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate commissioning, and functional testing of ELV systemsEnsure ELV systems are installed and ready for commissioning according to approved drawings and specificationsExecute and witness functional tests, integration testing, and system demonstrationsCoordinate with commissioning engineers, contractors, vendors, and QA/QC teamsIdentify, track, and close ELV commissioning punch list itemsEnsure compliance with project standards, commissioning procedures, and safety regulationsMaintain commissioning checklists, test reports, and handover documentationSupport the final handover of ELV systems to operations and facilities management teamsELV Systems ScopeFire alarm and detection systemsAccess control systemsCCTV and video surveillance systemsPublic address (PA) and general alarm systemsBuilding Management System (BMS) / EPMS interfacesData cabling, structured cabling, and network integration for critical systemsIntegration and coordination with electrical and mechanical systemsFunctional verification of redundancies and failover mechanismsWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role.Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred.Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.What We OfferTotal package of salary, UAE Employment Visa, Medical Insurance & Annual ticket allowance.The chance to contribute to some of the UAE's most iconic projects.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Lead?If you’re inspired by what you’ve read and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and shape the future of infrastructure delivery in the UAE.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
